I’m Jack Kvaska

I was born in Canada and I love to golf, it’s a passion. I achieved 2 black belts in wing chun kung fu. I once had a twin engine plane and learned how to fly. We’ve all accomplish things in life, I mention these because I feel that they will help you to understand who I am.  

Kung Fu, flying an airplane and golf are some of my accomplishments that I’m proud of.  I mention them because they all require a set of fundamentals to build on and actions to follow.

I applied the same concept to my sales process.

It is a fact that I’ve generated millions of dollars in sales by creating leads and training people using fundamental skills, which I call selling by choice.

My intention

I recognize that I have a gift to offer the world. It is my ability to help people overcome the learning curve of sales, where most people fail.  Sales can be tough and I only hung in because I knew the kind of money I could earn and I didn’t like my other options.

Earl Nightengale was an immense inspiration to me, I listened to his radio program “Our Changing World” EVERY DAY for 2 years. By listening to his short, 5 minute per day radio program, I changed my thoughts and attitude.

I’ve helped many people with my system of teaching and changed their lives.  But I have no interest in opening another office with all of the associated overhead.

I like to travel and an office would mean leases, staff, insurances, vehicles and the list goes on.  But online eliminates these restrictions and I can bring value to the greatest number of people in the shortest period of time.  It allows me the opportunity to earn income for myself and for others.

I am a results oriented person and I believe knowing the simple actions to take, can product exponential results.

Like in Wing Chun Kung Fu, simple movements can deflect and create a tremendous amount of power. I believe that about sales too.

In the early stages of selling, there are simple strategies that produce greater results with less effort.

While having taught numerous highly talented people to sell and write their own paycheques, my Sell by Choice™ training system also had amazing success teaching people who had serious disadvantages.

Not that I was looking for this specific challenge, but I’ve had people insist they could sell if I helped them… even when I did not believe they could.

I remember Mike Ebegbeuze who just came from a foreign country with nothing but had a smile that would light up a room.  He insisted he should be a part of my team and I couldn’t say no to the guy.  He offered to work up in Fort McMurray, he would even knock on doors.

Tony Ng came into my office a short time after arriving from Vietnam…who spoke just a few words of English. He was still able to convince me that he could focus on the Vietnamese community. He ended up taking appointments from the call centre and selling the office average.  Tony used his personality to sell until he learned enough English to explain the product.

I once had a welder who was on disability from mercury poisoning with serious short term memory issues succeed and another guy who had a brain injury.

Yes, they were all able to adapt and excel using a system that was predictable and that they understood.

The ONE thing I know for sure

Anyone can learn sales skills and selling is the most liberating, most inspiring work I have ever done. Why?

Because it is all on me and I can count on me.  No doubt there are all kind of obstacles to selling, if you look, there are lots of negatives and the truth is that it requires a true will to succeed.

If those factors are addressed, you can turn it around and you can actually SEE HOW SALES CAN BE PREDICTABLE… once they are predictable, most of the fear and anxiety dissipates and selling becomes fun.

Income can have no limits and personal freedom is achievable.

We like to travel… a lot.  It is probably the time I am most relaxed and most myself.  Not that I don’t love work, the challenges of new situations or issues to resolve, I do.

Sales is an honourable profession and the economy only moves with a sale

No matter what your opinion of sales is; there is NO economy, no luxury, no opportunity without sales.  Even if you work for the tax department or as a nurse, without sales, you have no job.

It may be selling products to generate income to pay taxes to pay your salary or it may be to pay insurance premiums so the insurance company will pay billings for medical services to support a nurses wage.

It always comes back to sales of some product or service to pay the salaries of people with “real jobs”.

In spite of this I believe I need to address the many negatives regarding sales.

What holds you back in your sales endeavour?

What do you dread or what self talk keeps you doubting yourself?

Believe me, if I have not felt it or said it to myself, I’ve heard it.

So take comfort in the FACTS:

  • You don’t have to be positive all the time,
  • You don’t have to be a “hard closer”,
  • You don’t have to compromise one ounce of integrity…

Instead what you do need is a system you believe in.  Because if you believe in the system, the people, the appointments and the temporary failures won’t matter. 

As long as your ACTION is working toward your desired goal.

That is what I teach and that is what I have done.

It is about focusing on what you can do and getting results based on that… not comparing yourself to the next person. 

It is about your process and your ACTIONs.
